Schooling and Training Needed

Schooling is another big factor of psychology. The doctorate degree is usually required. Master and bachelor degree osychologists have very limited opportunites. Psychologists with a psychology degree (Psy.D.) usually work in clinical postitions. School psychologists are often required to have a master degree and a one-year internship. Most students need at least 2 years of full-time graduate study to earn a masters degree in psychology. All states require that all psychologists pass an examination.
